The resource loader failed to find MUI file
Solution:
This is a common issue and the way I was able to resolve it is to resize the C partition. For some reason VSS can't read the last part of the C partition and will fail at 99% (You can verify this by trying to run backup in a command line)
Just go to Disk Manager and resize and shrink the C partition by some small amount. 10MB or something. Then try to run the backup again.
It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all, in which case you have failed by default. See the link below for more info.
